SGF's Congratulatory Message
Dear Father Peter,
Our heartiest congratulations on the 25th anniversary of your sacerdotal ordination to the priesthood. As you celebrate this special anniversary today, let us take this opportunity to thank God for how far He has led you. May our Lord continue to bless you with new perspectives so that you can continue to creatively deliver what He called you to do.
May the love of God cover every aspect of your life and may our good Lord give you more years to celebrate His goodness.
Once again, blessed silver jubilee!
“And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
Colossians 3:17
Father Peter Koh's Message
This year is the 25th year of my ordination to the priesthood. I still remember that evening at the Church of Christ the King when I was ordained. It seemed like yesterday and yet it has been 25 years.
Fr Peter Koh (CICM) doing missionary works in Malawi. He was with two catechists crossing a river to visit parishioners.
I did my primary and secondary education at Montfort School. I always remember the motto of Montfort: “Age Quod Agis” or “Do Well In Whatever You Do”.
I have always tried to live by that motto for the past 25 years of my priesthood. From Zambia, Africa where I was a missionary for 10 years to Rome, Italy where I was my congregation’s Treasurer General, I have tried my very best to do well the tasks given to me, for the greater glory of God.
I thank you for your congratulatory messages and I ask you for your prayers that God may continue to bless me with more years of faithful service and that I will do well in whatever I do, all for God's greater glory.
